Scheduled Maintenance
To enhance the performance and reliability of our platform, we will perform system maintenance in our Asia environment that will affect all core functionalities in APSIS Pro.

Our core services will be inaccessible during the maintenance - that means:
- The Apsis Pro web-application (anpasia.com) will be unavailable.
- API services (se.api.anpasia.com) and other integrations will be unavailable and will not be processing requests.
- Scheduled sendings (both emails and SMS) will not be processed, any sendings scheduled for that time will be sent after maintenance is completed.
- Triggers scheduled to trigger during the maintenance period will not be sent, and will not be retriggered afterwards. Contact us if you need advice on rescheduling any triggers planned during the maintenance.
- Imports and exports scheduled during the maintenance will not be successful.
- Forms (such as subscription forms, event forms) will not be functioning.

Resolved - We do not see any indications that MA service is underperforming anymore. Incident has been resolved.

Update - We have made some changes to the configuration backend, that should improve the processing of traffic for Marketing Automation. We are preforming some tests to ensure that the service is processing jobs at a normal rate.

Update - The state of the service seems to have normalized now - we are still closely monitoring it in search for abnormal behaviour

Monitoring - Incident response team implemented mitigation actions, and the initial data suggest situation is contained - MA is processing data as expected. We are closely monitoring the situation.

Update - We have made significant progress in understanding the problem. Unfortunately, our attempts to restore the service functionality were unsuccessful yesterday. The response team will continue its efforts today.

Update - We are still investigating the issue - the response team have found possible solution but we need to make sure applying it won't trigger sending unwanted MA emails and sms and extending the incident impact.

Investigating - We are experiencing issues with profiles not triggering flows in Pro Marketing Automation. Investigation so far indicates that this is affecting all customers using Pro MA. Problem seems to also affect the processing of profiles within the flow, and some profiles are stuck. We continue investigating the cause and overall impact.
