To enhance the performance and reliability of our platform, we will perform system maintenance in our Asia environment that will affect all core functionalities in APSIS Pro. The maintenance will start on 24rd of November at 22:00 HKT and is planned to be completed by 22:30 HKT. While we expect the actual downtime to last no more than 5-10 minutes, we are reserving additional time on our end to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
Our core services will be inaccessible during the maintenance - that means: - The Apsis Pro web-application (anpasia.com) will be unavailable. - API services (se.api.anpasia.com) and other integrations will be unavailable and will not be processing requests. - Scheduled sendings (both emails and SMS) will not be processed, any sendings scheduled for that time will be sent after maintenance is completed. - Triggers scheduled to trigger during the maintenance period will not be sent, and will not be retriggered afterwards. Contact us if you need advice on rescheduling any triggers planned during the maintenance. - Imports and exports scheduled during the maintenance will not be successful. - Forms (such as subscription forms, event forms) will not be functioning.
